First Dog Agility Class

As our dog training class has stopped due to Katie’s studying commitments,  We have moved onto an agility class.  Run by Elizabeth (from Katie’s class) and Liz.    Trish a helper at Katie’s class was there with her dog Branston!

Today was our first class.  Held in an indoor equestrian centre the boys were taken through various obstacles including;                                                                                                    A frame, weaving poles, numerous hurdles, tyre/hoop, pipe tunnel, and cavalettis.

Bartie loved it and took to it like a duck to water. Reggie had to do each obstacle a couple of times to make sure he was happy with it before relaxing and doing a great round at the end of class.    WELL DONE BOYS1

We had to come home and have a snooze to recover!

Where’s my crate?

For the past week we have gradually been ‘removing’ parts of the pups crate in the kitchen. Laurie did it while I was out with the boys.   First the front, a few days later a side. Bartie never noticed Reggie wasn’t too sure.   Last night was the first night without the crate at all!!    Their bed is in the same place with another a little way across the kitchen.

The pups were brilliant…long may it continue.
