The unusual texture of this melon caught my eye
We went to the theatre this evening. I walked ten times further than I had since the op and regretted it.
I also forgot to take my camera!
It was a beautiful evening and the sun was just right. So I used my mobile phone camera. Not brilliant but…..
Call me sad if you want, but I quite like this picture.
Our lives for the last 3 weeks have been dominated by the building work on our front garden. This is hopefully coming to a close soon.
This is mortar for laying bricks. More commonly known in the trade as ‘gobbo’. We have plenty of it in our house on the carpets, the kitchen floor….
I was very tempted to put this in as a ‘Stihl Life‘ (play on words)
Toby loves his bike
We are near Cambridge for the week-end and treated to a punt on the River Cam to view ”The Backs’ .
The Backs is an area to the east of Queen’s Road in the city of Cambridge, England, where several colleges of the University of Cambridge back on to the River Cam, their grounds covering both banks of the river. The name “the Backs” refers to the backs of the colleges.
The intriguing textures and patterns of a log pile.
